Rev. Jeffery Rogers, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, has dedicated his life to serving the Lord and advancing His kingdom. Answering God’s call to ministry at the age of 16 in 1986, he began his spiritual journey while attending Chamblee High School. During this time, he actively engaged in ministry, praying for the sick, ministering to his community, and preaching his first sermon at Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
In 2017, Rev. Rogers earned a bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership, followed by dual degrees in Christian Counseling and Theology from the School of the Great Commission in 2018. His ministry continued to grow as he joined Saint Paul under the leadership of Pastor Eddie C. Mosley, where he served as a junior class teacher and a devoted member of the ministerial staff.
In 2021, Rev. Rogers was ordained and elevated to the position of Assistant Pastor under the leadership of Pastor Willie C. Mosley. However, as of now, the church no longer formally recognizes specific roles or titles, but Rev. Rogers continues to remain committed to serving and ministering to others with the same passion, dedication, and love for the Lord that he has always had. His focus remains on lifting up the name of Jesus, giving God all the glory, and faithfully fulfilling his calling to serve His people
